The company involves in new technology exploitation and application in fields of energy saving and environment protection, such as online quenching and controlled cooling equipment, rolling furnace and forging furnace (walking beam, pusher type, rotary type, car type and chamber type), annealing furnace (car-type and continuous rolling bottom), quenching and tempering lines for slab, bar and merchant steel, intelligent computer control system. The market covers steel, machine, non-ferrous metallurgy, petroleum and chemical industry. The company can offer research and exploit, design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, technical consultation and general constructing services.
For years, many technologies and products with independent intellectual property rights are exploited, including digital pulse combustion technology, digital regenerative combustion technology, special burners(regenerative burner, high-speed adjustable burner and adjustable flame burner, etc.),special valves(high frequent transfer valve, rapid cut-off valve), intelligent computer control system, online quenching and controlled cooling equipment co-exploited with USTB. Most of them are at the advance level in domestic and national key propulsion technologies.
