Before the order start, Best Sun Industry Co.,Ltd have talk with Jason to ship by EXW factory. We have too much trouble on custom issue since it contain DVD. And we only can solve the customer issue by CIF European terms using our forwarder. It will mean your will need to pay for the shipment cost. We are applying  the custom issue, but it will takes 1-2 months to get it.ThereforeBut now  we havn't the capabilit to pass the custom. Please kindly understand our position.

As we talked before,your company  can do the custome for the DVD.Custome issue is quite easy for you, but too difficult for us.  Is it possible of you to pick up the cargo out like last time you done?
