BiyoSam Organik is a family company, specialised on organichazelnuts which BiyoSam Organik process either at our own or a contractedcompany. The hazelnuts originate from our approximately 500contracted and certified organic farmers in Turkey. We exportaround one thousand tonnes of organic hazelnuts per year in theform of: - Natural hazelnuts - Roasted hazelnuts - Blanchedhazelnuts - Diced hazelnuts - Sliced hazelnuts - Hazelnut meal -Hazelnut paste We mainly export to Germany, The Netherlands,France, Italy and a few other EU countries. We have organiccertifications from both the EU (ECO-CERT) and the NOP.
