The consumer healthcare division is focused upon developing, manufacturing, and marketing men&＃039;s and women&＃039;s affordable health products, including sexual dysfunction treatment, Botaniex.Incight loss management, immune system enhancements and anti-aging treatments, among many others principally targeting consumers throughout China. Through its own initiatives that combine the latest advances in biotechnology and health with the most sophisticated traditional Chinese medical theory, as well as the establishment of strategic partnerships with renowned research institutions including universities, research laboratories, large pharmaceutical companies and health food manufacturers, Botaniex&＃039;s strategic plan has it on a path to become the market leader in China, as well as a major global player, in the natural products industry in the near future. Research & Development Botaniex has a strong R&D team of over 16 scientists dedicated to developing innovative ingredients to meet the market demand. Most of the scientists are PhDs and/or Professors; or Masters in Phyto-Chemistry, Pharmacology and Traditional Chinese medicines. Coupled with our sophisticated apparatuses, we can effectively develop the customized ingredients to meet and exceed our customers&＃039; expectations. Manufacturing Through strategic alliances, Botaniex utilizes 4 plants located in Hunan, Guangzhou, Guangxi, and Sichuan Province. These plants have a total annual capacity of 800 metric tonnes of Powdered Extracts and 40 metric tonnes of essential oils. The plants provide Botaniex with significant cost advantages over its competitors by specializing in the manufacturing of certain extracts from the crops which are close to the plants. In order to meet the rising global demand for its innovative ingredients and profit from the prevailing favorable market trends, Botaniex will construct a manufacturing facility in China. Quality Control The plants are certified with ISO9001, cGMP, HACCP and Kosher. This guarantees that the quality of our products is stable and consistent. In addition, Botaniex will establish Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) bases in order to secure the supply and quality of our strategic products.
