Italian Dairy Manufacturing Company established in Rome since1938, currently a leading enterprise in producing PECORINO ROMANO DOP from the area of Ancient Rome, which gave birth to this typical Italian hard cheese made from sheep&＃039;s milk. Following the same natural cheese-making traditions as Ancient Romans used to apply, BRVNELLI still now as in the past keeps on dry-salting the cheese wheels during product seasoning (unlike competitors with liquid-brine salting), keeping it ripening 1 year minimum into Natural Tufa Caves dating back to the Etruscan-Roman Time. Sliced blended aged cheeses from sheep&＃039;s, cow&＃039;s, goat&＃039;s milk are also available to supply Self-Service Dpts. as prepacked items "ready for consumption".
