ABOUT US - C&L Development Corp. was incorporated in California, 1994. Its manufacturing bases are located in China. C&L Development Corporatio's products include full series of rare earth materials as well as their compounds. Our products are widely used in electronic, optic, photonics, plastic and automotive industries. In addition to rare earths, we also specialize in molybdenum, Tungsten, Titanium, Tantalum, niobium, and their alloys. A further production focus on metallic fibers and fiber felt, multi-layer metallic meshes, precious metal salts and TZM. C&L Development Corp. has been a supplier of related zirconium products in wide application areas such as catalyst, electronics, cosmetics and ceramics industries. In 2005, we established a new joint venture factory, - ZhenJiang C&L Standard New Material Co., Ltd., located in ZhenJiang City, JiangSu Province, China. The factory specialize fine chemical powder including Cerium POLISHING POWDER that can be used in TFT and STN glass substrates, optical, and photonic industries. Our polishing powder demonstrates its excellent performance at yield, removal rate and roughness, and has been approved by major Korea LCD makers and some Chinese LCD makers as well. In fact, we are one of few companies that can manufacture good quality LCD polishing powder. We can guarantee that the quality of our polishing powder is at least similar to our Japanese competitors. Our China's JV factory also specialize fine chemical powder including NANO particle sized Lanthanum Hexaboride which is used as solar control coatings on PET film. Nano particle sized lanthanum hexaboride is considered as an optimum material that exhibits a strong absorption of infrared light without absorbing too much visible light.
