Ceres Commodities International, LLC also have access to Russian Oil Products, Crude/Jet Fuel/Diesel/Heating Oil but will require a Letter of Intent with Banking Information before the FCO/Draft contract is forwarded. With all LOIs sent, an independent surveyor will be contacted to do background checks on all companies offering to purchase.
