"Chemsnabcomplect"Ltd produces  the oil-extended powdered sulphur after GOST 127.4-93 with the following SPECIFICATIONS:
PURITY : 99.95 % (MIN AS SULPHUR)
ASH : 0.011 % (MAX)
MOISTURE : 0.03% (MAX)
ACIDITY : 0.0013% (MAX)
ORGANIC SUBSTANCES : 0.015% (MAX)
FINENESS :
Residue on 140 micron sieve: NIL
Residue on 71 micron sieve: 0,6% MAX
It is applied in rubber industry and to manufacturing of tires. The beating is carried out by a "dry" method with subsequent by sieving or separation. Depending on the chosen technology of beating of raw material the express additives in quantity for providing the safe transport, charge, discharge and storage of production (in particular - reduction consolidation) are added.
