Cheray Polymer Co. locate at Suzhou, Jiangsu province of China, is a high technology company specialized in R&D, production and sales of heat shrinkable materials for pipeline corrosion protection all over the world.
History of Development
The former of Cheray Polymer is CIAC Heat Shrinkable material factory, which was a state owned anti-corrosion materials manufacturer found in 1997. The owner was CIAC- Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, specialized in R&D and application of radiation chemistry anti-corrosion materials. It's the earliest supplier of heat shrinkable sleeve in China.
2002, CIAC changed to a public listed company, named KINWA, Ph.D Liu Changhai acted as first CEO of Heat Shrinkable Sleeve branch company, (KINWA Huzhou). Ph.D Liu graduated from CIAC, he is the famous expert of Polymer and Radiation Chemical with experienced in R&D and manufacturer in heat shrinkable material field.
2007, KINWA transfered anticorrosion branch to Ph.D Liu and his cooperators, CHERAY POLYMER CO. was fund by Ph.D team, continue specialized in heat shrinkable sleeve new products R&D and production in pipeline anticorrosion filed, CHERAY POLYMER quickly developed to prime approved vendor of PetroChina, SinoPec, and CNOOC, the third approved vendor of Iran Gas Engineering & Development Co. (IGEDC)
Up to Jan of 2014, CHERAY POLYER has supplied heat shrinkable sleeve to pipeline project (OD20" and bigger ) more than 15,000km,covered domestic and oversea market .

Up to 2014, the assets of Cheray Polymer is fifteen million US dollar, 12000 square meters. The equipment of testing are complete and advanced. The new factory include 15000 square meters integrated building with office, R&D, testing and production, one line of electron accelerator, two lines of extruding equipment, four lines of stretching and coating equipment. The production capability is 600,000 joints (OD 56") per year. The capability and technology among the top in domestic industry of anti-corrosion and heat shrinkable materials.

Technology
Cheray Polymer got ISO9001-2008 and ISO 14001-2002 certificate. Our products meet standards with GB-T23257-2009, NACE RP0303-2003, DIN-EN12068-1998, EN30678, ISO21809-3, IGS and IPS.
HSS80, 3 layer cross-linked polyethylene heat shrinkable sleeve obtained certificate of DVGW. The excellent quality is accepted by international and domestic clients. We are accepted by NACE as only one cooperate member in China in 2009.
