In 2006, the president, Mr Tang Deming, started to work into energy-saving light products, and set up a new R&D center, Shenzhen Yiyang Electronic Technology Development Co.,ltd, for the study and testing of T5 series of lights, and soon into LED light source technology.

Up till present, CESPE has grown up to be a powerful designer and developer of T5 energy saving lamp, LED light source, LED drive power, lighting fixture rather than a simple processer or manufacturer. We are able to supply customers with products at unique design, excellent price/performance, at the meantime our service remain satisfactory.
