CINI Accesories is an young enterprise derived from CINI (Tailors), who has been marketing outfit and tailoring products for over 12 years, through shops and direct sales. When CINI ACCESORIOS discovered that our clients were interested in acquiring accesories made of noble metals to complete their outfit, and with non- traditional designs, we decided to develop the cuff-link line and the belt clasps collections. At present we not only sell these products to our own clients, but to other outfit shops in Buenos Aires as well. The CINI cuff-link collection is made of 925 silver, obtained through "lost wax" casting system method, being hand polished with emery. These pieces are solid, silver coated bronze (for the cuff-link clasp) welded to a pure silver piece. 925 is silver&＃039;s highest standard. It is composed of 925 parts silver and 100 parts of copper. The lost wax casting system is the oldest and noblest method -although nowadays modern technology allows us to produce great quantities, and to maintain our quality standards. It has been used for centuries to produce cast metal pieces, considering the metal&＃039;s quality and features. By means of this system, the objects may be distinguished from those "silver" articles made by embossing and welding. Lost wax is a method by means of which many different waxes are melted together , holding the shape of the article. Then, they are placed in tubes full of plaster. When heated, the wax melts, and the hollow moulds remain inside the tube. The empty space is then filled with the molten metal, which takes on the form of the object, once it cools down. These articles are pure artcraft, and the enamels, the engravings, and the finishing procedures are performed by highly specialized craftsmen.
