Company Description

Company Comex, Sabac is family company, founded on 1990 in Sabac, Serbia. Owner and main director is Zivorad Arsenovic and company is 100% private capital. In last 21 years Comex flexible packaging made continuous progress in technology, capital and in market position. Today, label of company COMEX, on their packaging, put the biggest companies in our region.

Company Comex produce printing flexible packaging for food and chemical industry. High market position of company Comex, in tough competition on Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia markets, is work product of well training people, quality technical equipment and making our client satisfied with good product quality.
TECHNOLOGY

Printing.
Akcentt on our high quality technical equipment in printing is on two machines - one ten colours printing machine COMEXI FW 2110, made in Spain that is three year old, and one eight colours printing machine COMEXI FW 1508, made in Spain, too, thati is one year old. Both machines are with central cilinder that make high quality in printing ultra thin films. During 2011, we implemented new technology, HD flexo, that facilitate high definition printing. With implemented HD flexo technology, we unlarge differences between flexo and roto printing.
In additional equipment for printing, special placed is automatic colour station, for making quality colours on demand, and regarding that we can quality repeat printing in future orders. This automatic colour station is unique in our region.


Preparation for printing

Regarding our wish to produce quality printing flexible packaging, we own in our company whole technical proces of production photopolimery plates for flexo printing.
Part of company that make preparation for printing is composed of high education workers and high quality equipment - hiqh quality softver and hardver like ESKO softver, CTP way of preparation and EPSON printer for making hromalin.
We are specialized in produce quality printing and we do not make design jobs, but we have good relationships with design agency.

Co-extrusion

Company Comex Sabac, on 2005, bought and installed equipment for co-extrusion of LDPE films, total capacity 2500 t per year. Equipment for co-extrusion consists of three layer co-extruder and equipment for recycle.
In 2010, we implemented electronic control of foil thickness in whole produced quantity. Foil thickness that we can produce is between 20 and 200 my.


Other equipment

Beside high quality printing machine, we own all additional equipment that is used for other processes in production flexible packaging: equipment for automatic cleaning of sleaves, equipment for making bags, new machine for lamination made in Italy, company Nordmecanicca in 2011 and new machine for cutting, made in Italy, company Bimec in 2011.

Company Comex have implemeted and make business based on next standards: ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 18001 and ISO 22001.
