To increase accuracy and strength our screws, barrels and dies are made from top-grade stainless steels in conformity with international standards, like JIS or DIN. They are shipped with material certificate. We also design and manufacture segmented screws to provide our customers with the capability to replace high wear areas without having to disassemble the entire extruder.Economic and energy saving designBy changing the geometry of our screws, barrel liners, and feeders we reduce unwanted friction, eliminate dead spaces and resulting stagnation.
