We are specialized in Sheet Metal Stamping dies, Injection Moulds, and PRECISION Components which are being manufactured for various customers.We have in-house facilities such as :1) Sheet Metal Stamping Unit : - Power Press 50 ton, 45 ton, 40 ton, 30 ton, 15 ton & 5 ton, we are in the process of adding 3 more power presses to increase the output capacity. Strip feeder. Tools Compound tool & Progressive tool etc.2) Injection Moulding : - Ferromatic Milacron Injection Moulding machines 110 tons, 50 tons. Speed Injection Moulding machine 60 tons, with chiller plant and automatic packing machine.3) Tool room facility : - Concord EDM wire cutting machine, Lathe m/c, Milling m/c, Drilling m/c, Welding m/c, Surface plate and measuring instruments etc.We undertake mass manufacturing in Sheet Metal Stampings & Injection Moulding, as per customers specification/drawings. Also, we accept job work / labor jobs, where the tools are being supplied by customer.
