DMI Industry Co.produces medical equipments related to moxibustion in Seongseo Industrial Complex, Daegu of South Korea.
In spite of significant treatment effects of moxibustion come down from ancestors, the reason it fails to be popularized is, firstly, the residing smoke in the room which may arise during moxibustion may cause difficulty in breathing and secondly it has several inconveniencies such as a burn because of careless use.

D.M.I Industry Co. have succeeded in commercializing 'Smokeless moxibustion device and steam sitz bath of Moxa without any danger of burn' in cooperation with professors of Daegu Oriental Hospital, located in Bio Venture Center of Daegu Haany University.

1) Ohaeng Moxa Cautery

Ohaeng Moxa Cautery uses a method to place the kettle-shaped oval moxa cautery on the abdomen, burn five Moxa sticks focusing on the umbilicus, stimulate the abdomen by heat, penetrate mugwort ingredients and discharge the smoke of mugwort outside.
