Layout plan along with estimate are important documents because at the time of sanction of project, bank used to keep these assets (i.e. land & building) as primary collateral, bank seeks the valuation of these assets from their empanelled valuer, bank also takes legal opinion from their empanelled legal experts. We also plan, discuss and arrive at cost effective budget for equipments also. This is done with respect to level of automization required.

(D) Bankable project report: With the layout plan, construction plan & equipment plan thoughtfully prepared, our project report is justified as original piece of work. Working capital schedule is described in detail taking into account the real needs for inventory of raw materials, packing materials, work-in-progress, & finished goods and sundry debtors. Clear picture of income & expenses are arrived through valid as-on-date assumptions and viability projections are presented in bankable format.
