History
It goes over 25 years back when founder Mr. K.L Premarathne started small scale spice buying and selling business in the southern part of island, city of Ambalangoda in Galle district. With his expertise knowledge in the field of cinnamon and cinnamon leaf oil, was able to develop the entity as trusted spice and cinnamon leaf oil supplier in Sri Lanka and managed to forward the business into medium scale from small scale.
Transformation
In the year 2010 business was transferred to Mr.K.L.D.D Premarathne who is the current owner of the business and then business was focused on with the clear vision of become a leading establishment in the field of export. It was a successful business transformation from the trading to export and currently playing a major role in Cinnamon Leaf Oil industry in Sri Lanka.

Deshapriya Spices has spent over two decades with providing and satisfying much needed customer expectations up to their standard locally as DESHAPRIYA SPICESll as internationally. As exporter, almost all customers are continuing business relationship from their first transaction and building mutually benefited long-term relationships over the years.
