I. The name of the Company is   EDU INTERNATIONAL BD LTD.

II. The Registered Office of the Company shall be situated in Bangladesh.
III. The objectives for which the Company is established are all or any of the objectives intended to be implemented after obtaining necessary permission from the Government/ Concerned authority/competent authority before commencement of business.
1. To carry on the business of consulting and education care, education development, Teachers Training College and information technology and its allied business and consultancy.
2. To assist the student to admit in school, college, madrasha, academy and university at home and abroad and help them in any kind of academic admission in anywhere in the world.
3. To carry on the business of overseas, ManpoEdu International Bd Ltd.r and Emigration other related business.
4. To carry on the business of Travel Agency and Recruiting Agency for providing jobs to local and foreign employers, through supplying & exporting skilled, semiskilled manpower, subject to taking permission from appropriate authority.
5. To carry on the business of General Sales Agency, Travel Agency, Travel and Tour operations.
6. To carry on the business of Manpower & Recruiting Agent and manpower exporter and for that purpose to work as agents of foreign principals and to open branch or branches in any part of Bangladesh or abroad for which the Company may desire benefit. (Obtaining prior permission from the concerned authority).
7. To carry on the business of Travel Agency and all sorts of tourism related business like rent-a-car, sight-seeing with travel guide, motel, hotel, and restaurant. in home and abroad.
