We can arrange more aswell if required.5: Refinery will be in contract with SOMO, not us. Refinery will pay SOMO directly.6: For our services we charge, $5.00 from gross. (no negotiations)7: Gross we can offer is up to $18.00, CIF ASWP or FOB Iraq8: Refinery is getting access to capacity at discounted rate which they refine and sell it and make instant money.Note: The refinery u dealing with must have gone through the above process of approaching SOMO directly. But all in vain. 200, 000 barrels is all what they must have got. and the process to become SOMO member is pain in the ass.
