Elastoquip CC company based in Kwazulu-Natal, we manufacture quality double sided precast concrete moulds. We have been operating for over 30 years and can provide the best quality products as well as good service and timeous delivery on products. Our moulds are designed in a way to be cost effective relating to labour as our panel moulds cast 12 panels at a time. The moulds are made of steel framework and a specially formulated urethane to give the highest quality of design when casting concrete. Our Urethane double side concrete moulds are available in the following designs: - Rustic Brick - Used Brick (Clinker Brick) - Woodgrain - Limetstone - Stonecrete - Ranch Rail The above designs also include the design imprinted post mould, rail mould and cap mould. Each Set of moulds consits of: 1 x 12 panel mould 2 x 10ft post moulds 2 x panel rail moulds 1 x cap mould The moulds have a long lifespan and can operate up to 30 years when maintained and operated in the correct manner. Elastoquip can provide training and help setup new plants as well as maintain and repair existing plants. We are also specialists in designing new moulds to customers specifications and needs. We have introduced a new Post mould Bed, which produces 7 posts per cast, this also helps to minimize the cost of labour and is easily operated.
