Selecting the best olives from the olive groves in the area, we transfer and press them on the same day by the cold pressing method. The production and labelling are according to the iso 22000 food management system, and the storage in stainless steel tanks contribute to the final production of the finest quality olive oil , which is characterised by the authenticity of its taste. Our olive oil is produced in the following types: Extra virgin The finest category of oil, with low acidity, distinctive flavours in the taste with the most nutritious ingredients. Virgin Great olive oil, ideal for cooking and daily use that retains all the characteristics of the extra virgin oil with slightly higher acidity. Green olive oil Olive oil that is processed from unripe olivesat the beginning of the harvest, with low acidity and special flavours and taste.
