Equipment Engineers, Inc. is a principal provider of international equipment and systems in the Philippines, and is a subsidiary of EEI Corporation, the Philippines’ leading construction company. Incorporated on April 17, 1931, EEI, then known as Equipment Engineering and Supply Corporation (EESCO), started out as a contracting and engineering firm doing business with industrial plants, air conditioning and refrigeration firms and cyanide one milling plants. The Machinery Division, the predecessor of Equipment Engineers, Inc., gained recognition as a reliable supplier and importer of equipment and supplies for mining companies. Equipment Engineers, Inc. business is to provide a broad range of industrial plant facilities, equipment and supplies to most of the major industries in the Philippines. We serve principally the industrial and commercial sector as distinguished from the consumer sector. We market products of many prominent international concerns for which we act as distributor, sub-contractor, and or licensee. We sell largely on a direct basis to domestic customers through our company’s sales organization and regional offices.
