ESTAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD has become one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of the Regenerated Polyester Staple.

RE: MATERIALS AND APPLICATIONS
Utilizing various industrial wastes such as fiber waste, film waste and PET bottle waste.
Our fibers are used as applications to pillows, comforters, toys, mattresses and apparel.

As of October 2002, our annual capacity is about 19,000~20,000 M/T

Regenerated polyester(plus siliconized regenerated  polyester)
Denier: from Min. 6D to Max. 40D.
Length: from Min. 32mm to Max. 76mm

RE : QUALITY CLASSIFICATION
We classify our product as EST050, EST100, EST200 according to its quality  and whiteness.
- All available in 6 to 40denier
- Staple length is flexibly availible to customer's requirement.

1) Est 050 : General A (Normal A) : - Min. whiteness and good bulkiness
2) Est 100 : Super A (Average) : - Good whiteness and bulkiness
3) Est 200 : Super A (Aremium) : - Better whiteness and bulkiness
4) Est 300 : Extra Premium A :  - Best whiteness and bulkiness using "prime materials (Virgin)"  

RE: TRADE AWARDS
We won 5 million Export Tower in 1994 and 10 million Export Tower in 1996 from the government.
