The mature Peruvian olive with natural fermentation (Alphonso Olives) is qualified worldwide as an excellent quality olive, due to its extraordinary taste, great size, good texture and uniform purple color. It is produced only in the Peruvian vallies of Yauca and Tacna, and in the valley of Azapa (Chile) , where it is known as "Alfonso" or "Azapa" olives. We also process green olives, obtaining a delicious big product, with intense color ideal to be consumed with seeds, pitted or stuffed with products 100% natural.
