From the choice of fiber to the fabric manufacture, cutting, laundry and packaging, we enforce stringent quality control through the product process to manufacture product according to high standard of quality requirement and make sure all the products qualified for using in strict cleanroom.
Our fabrics are knitted from 100% polyester or polyester-nylon composite micro-fiber. Our wiper is smooth, soft, spotlessness, of high abrasion resistance, of high absorbency and of ultra low particles and ionic contaminants. Our wiper can be cold cut or cut and sealed by laser or ultrasonic or heat. Our wiper is laundered and dried, double bags packed in ISO4 cleanroom with professional cleanroom washer and drier. The water for laundry is ultra-pure water. Our wiper is mainly used in electronics, optics, automobiles, pharmaceutical and aviation industries.
Our wiper has six series including Knitted Polyester Wiper, Knitted Polyester Micro-fiber Wiper, Knitted Polyester-Nylon Composite Micro-fiber Wiper, Woven Polyester-Nylon Composite Micro-fiber Wiper, LCD Rolled Wiper and Tube Wiper. Another cleanroom products are Cleanroom Swab, Cleanroom Face Mask, Cleanroom Non-Woven Wiper and Anti-static Product Series(Glove/Finger Cots/Disposable Cleanroom Head Cover/Anti-static Garments).
