Gilan Zeytun is proud of being the leading keeper of the centuries-old olive traditions of the Absheron peninsula, Azerbaijan. Estabilshed in 2008, Gilan Zeytun LLC is equipped with the latest technologies for olive oil extraction. Unique authentic flavour of our extra virgin type olive oil is obtained using only local organic olive types grown on the hillsides of Absheron peninsula. The quality of the oil is laboratory checked to ensure the highest quality. All the oil is stored at 16C constant temperature away from the sunlight to preserve the quality. Apart from olive oil, we are specialising in manufacturing of the following olive products: 1. green marinated olives 2. green marinated stuffed olives 3. black olives 4. confected olives 5. confected stuffed olives 6. olive paste To preserve the authentic taste of our marinated olive products only natural rock salt brought from south-western part of Azerbaijan is used for preservation and packaging, hence our products do not contain any artificial ingredients. We are currently expanding into the international markets and looking for trade partners to distribute our products globally.
