Global Commodity USA work directly with the producers of commodities. Our product comes directly from various sugar refineries in Brazil. We are not a broker chain and we prefer not to deal with chains of brokers. If you are not the end buyer, please allow us direct negotiations with end buyer. Procedures:

1) Buyer?s issues a complete & valid LOI or bank endorsed ICPO with complete bank details including a BCL and ICC Warning Letter signed sealed and notarized with a colored copy of the Passport.

I would need the following in the LOI & on buyers letterhead either on WORD or PDF file only or we won?t reply:

1. type of sugar  
2. origin of sugar
3. complete specification of sugar  
4. quantity of sugar      
5. port of destination(all info)  
6. packaging of sugar  
7. spot or 12 month contract

2) Seller issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer)

3) Buyer signs, seals and returns the FCO (Full Corporate Offer) to seller.

4) Seller issues P.I. (Pro forma Invoice) and the RWA (Ready, Willing & Able) text verbiage.

5) Buyer sends to seller RWA (Ready, Willing & Able)

6) Seller issues Draft Contract and sends to buyer.

7) Buyer signs, seals & notarizes the contract; seller returns to buyer the contract signed, sealed & notarized by the bank.

8) Buyer & Seller deposit a copy of the executed contract to their respective banks

9) Within 3/5 banking days, buyers bank sends an operative (open) SBLC (Stand By Letter of Credit) + ARDLC (Automatic Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit) to the seller?s bank.

10) Within 5/7 days, seller sends to buyer?s bank the partial POP (Proof of Product) + 2% PB (Performance Bond for the first shipment only) via swift bank to bank to buyer?s bank.

11) Shipment commence as per contract Schedule with full POP (Proof Of Product)
