Goton is a jointly Chinese and British owned company started in 2007, specializing in infrared heating systems include infrared panel heater, picture panel heater, ceiling mounted infrared heater, and electric infrared heated towel rails and towel warmer. Almost all heating element is carbon heating, infrared heating panel is carbon crystal, and heated clothes racks are carbon fiber or metal wire.

all the management are young and energetic people with age from 25 to 35 years, open to any novel items and concept, and ready to change ourselves to keep up with and lead the infrared heating industry.

We have a very strict manage system to make sure everything is going correctly, include design, production, quality control, sale and shipping.

Where we locate?
Headquarters in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province which is the most developed in the east of China.

3+1 QC system, include IQC, IPQC, FQC and AQC.
AQC is our ingenious special inspection, we call it inspection to inspectors.
This team will randomly check the quality any time, if any faulty items founded, the workers and inspectors in charge will be punished immediately.

If clients don't like the items they ordered or any quality problems, they can return to our local warehouses.


5. Fast response
As per our policy, all clients' enquire and issue must be replied within 1 hour during working time. Or else there will be bonus reduced punished.
