(See Main Plant.jpg attached)- 381 colleagues respectively in charge of art design/CAD, mold tooling, zinc alloy die-casting, electroplating, electrophoretic coating, quality assurance, assembly, and packaging.- Mold-tooling capacity: max. 250 sets of mold per month- The mold tooling department has been equipped with four CNC machining centers, six EDM (spark) machines, three linear cutting machines, etc.- Twenty-one die-casting machines from 38T, 88T to 138T with robotic arms plus the automatic electroplating line assure a stable output of 300,000 to 400,000 pieces per day.
