HengYu Technology Group was founder on July 3, 1999 in GuangZhou, China. KeeLai is a hi-tech enterprise whose video products have been designated a "National Spearhead Project" as GuanZhou Hengyu.CO.LTDll as the "2002 New Product of National Importance." KeeLai is ISO9001 certified and has been granted independent import and export rights by the Chinese government.
