We are looking direct providers of credit enhancement instruments, BG for the each BG face value of up to 500 million Euros on leased or purchase basis. Ideally leased fee should be around 6%+2% and purchase price should be 40%+2% of the face value or better.The BG issuing bank should be top rated Western European banks. The procedure agreement is as fallow;1: After counter signed DOA, Seller/Lessor&＃39;s bank send the pre-advice (via MT799)or let bank to bank communication take place.2: Buyer/Lessee&＃39;s bank provide undertaking (via SWIFT) ICBPO against to MT799 after receipt, verification and authentication.3: Seller/Lessor&＃39;s bank receipt ICBPO and send the BG via MT7604: Buyer/Lessee&＃39;s bank verify and authenticate the BG MT760 and pay the fee by MT103.
