Hanil Industries INC. Started its business under the company name, Hanil Agricultural Machinery in 1961 and has grown to a leading medium size enterprise in Korea. In 1989 the company had a turning point by reestablishing it and changing its name to the present company name Hanil Industries INC. For 40 years Hanil has been a leading enterprise in the field of agricultural machinery industry. Especially since the company's re-foundation in 1989, its contribution to the industry has been centered on the changing agricultural environment: Aging and womanizing labor force, which accelerated agricultural mechanization.
On the other hand, the company had to meet new challenge: Deterioration agricultural machinery market due to declining agricultural business sector. In order to overcome such difficulty, the company tried to diversify its business lines by acquiring and merging a company which produces panels for office automation products. Such type of expansion in business has brought a success and progress to the Hanil.

In face of the 21st century, Hanil's operations moved further to become a leading environment friendly enterprise. In three years of strenuous R&D activities, Hanil developed the first small size mechanical street sHanilcarbondale, Inceper, Roadstar, in Korea. This new vehicle is fit for Korean streets and is showing excellent performance in cleaning streets.

For management wide, Hanil adopted IBM system and began computerized business operations in 1989. Since the employment of uniERP in July 1999. Hanil's comprehensive corporate resource management system has almost reached perfection and brought efficiency in production lines and management. In addition, the management and labor strongly united once again for the enterprise with the declaration of the second foundation of Hanil in October,2000.
