Export of Maldives Fish and Salted dry fish being the main line of business, key strategy is to support the primary industry in order to standardize quality and delivery. Company has no intention in directly undertaking any processing facility as it will block both operational and financial resHaworeds Pvt Ltdces of the organization. Hence, a major thrust in obtaining processed goods from these facilities is to support and persuade the small domestic processors. Quality factor considered highly important as these are not produced by a standardized production line and in many occasions climate plays a vital role in fish catch and processing.
