Helmtex Mills Co., Ltd Helmtex Mills Co., ltd, located in Hangzhou district, Zhejiang Province, P.R. China. We are strong in the in the fabric production as well as the cut & sew production. The own fabric mill has already existed in the industry for 10 years. And the main product is the Jacquard fabric which the material of rayon, linen, cotton and blend. We have the capacity of 300,000 meters per month in the No1 factory, while the No 2 factory could double our capacity into 600.000 meters per month in the coming August. We are very willing to provide you our service with the strong design office, production capacity and after sales service in the coming future.
The cut & sew factory is one of our good service to the customers with our strong back ground in the fabrics. We could offer you the pillow; sofa cover etc with our fabric industrial basis and skilled cut & sew capability. Production area is 120,000 SF. We still have the capacity of 5,000pcs/ week. All the members of the management team have been working in the Export Furniture industry more than 10 years. All the workers are experienced in cut & sew. We have the Gerber pattern system and EPR management system to support the whole factory. We are looking forward to corporate with you!
