Hengyang Huayi Machinery Co., Ltd., a Hong Kong invested high-tech enterprises in Hunan Province, was founded in March 18, 2001, covering an area of 32 acres, plant area of 50,000 square meters. Hengyang Huayi Machinery Co., Ltd. have passed ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification since 2002. By now, we are the biggest manufacturer of rubber injection molding machine, vacuum vulcanizing press and mold in China with the largest production scale and most powerful R & D. We have undertaken implementation on the national Torch Plan Project and the National Innovation Fund project many times. The core technology of our products gained a number of national invention patents and independent intellectual property rights. Now our products are widely used in electrical power, high voltage power transmission, automotive rubber parts, railway infrastructure and mechanical seal parts and other industries.

For manufacturing facilities, we have large vertical lathes, coordinate boring machines, large planers, CNC boring and milling machines, CNC lathes, advanced cutting machines and other machinery. We can guarantee our processing capability and high-quality products. At present, our capacity reaches 300 sets annually, with the support of 260 staff members, including 24 R&D engineers, 11 QC and 70 technicians.
