5 years before, it combines with 5 factories in China mainland and owns over 50% share of them. Its goal is to combine 8-10 factories before 2020.
Before combination, these factories have existing plants, skilled workers, basic equipments and some product ranges. But YDI have advanced skills, enough cash, best quality control experience and enough long-term customers. We need each other. As a return of combination, YDI can attend profit sharing, price decision, product development and quality control. So the combination is mutual and helpful for both sides. This combination mode is quite successful so far.
These 6 factories make a wide range of products including gifts & crafts, office supplies, household wares, hardware & tools, package & bags, bath ware and other predominant goods, etc.
All of these factories are in Zhejiang province because they are close to Ningbo port or Shanghai port and enjoy a good export surrounding.
