Hunan ANFU Engine Valve Co.,Ltd (the former Hunan Engine Valve Factory) is one of leading manufacturer professional in production of internal-combustion engine valves , valve seats and other components . ANFU is a Sino-American joint venture and was established in 1958 which has a total asset of 86,000,000 RMB including 180,000 m2 of land, 45,000 m2 of plant area and 535 sets of various equipments. Currently, it has more than 800 employees. And can produce 10,000,000 pieces of engine valves; 8,000,000 pieces of valve seats and 500,000 auxiliary axils.
  The company possesses key technologies ? Electric upsetting, Bi-metal inertial friction Hunan ANFU Engine Valve Co.,Lydlding, Stellite PTA, ?U? Quench, Chrome plating, Nitriding, Solution treatment, Shape grinding, Swirl polishing, Cone surface stack welding, Shank part plating chrome , and so on . The company has accepted technological cooperation with national research institute of internal-combustion and many automobile research institute of university such as TIANJIN University, QINGHUA University and so on .We get close technical cooperation with Winsert company of the U.S. It also established the first tribology laboratory specializing in the friction and wear of engine valve and valve seat in China. There are new and high level product(Engine Valve) line in plant include truck line , Light Truck line , Vehicle line, Motorcycle line.
  The company is certified with ISO/TS 16949:2002, the international quality assurance standard.  It supplies engine valves and valve seats to more then 20 engine manufacturers in China  including China FAW Group Corporation, FAW-Volkswagen, Yuchai Group Co., Ltd, WEICHAI power Co., Ltd, SHANGHAI Diesel Engine Co., Ltd, DONGFENG motor corporation Co., Ltd,Volks Wagenwerk (shanghai) etc. It also has a strong national network of over 100 distributors and dealers for Chinese aftermarket.
