My name is Mr. Ilozobhie Nicholas resident in Europe (Italy). Ilozobhie N.gents for both Buyers and Seller of Bonny Light Crude Oil (BLCO).We are actively looking for  lgenuine buyers of Crude Oil/ Petroleum Product: Bonny Light Crude Oil (BLCO) on C.I.F and on  F.O.B basis from a genuine source with the procedures below:
(A) CIF  PROCEDURE:
1. SPA is signed by seller and buyer with bank details (Hard Copies).
2. Seller nominates vessel for buyer? verification with Lloyds and shell.
3. CPA by seller with buyer/reps as a signatory.
4. Seller commences loading.
5. Seller? vessel sends NOR to buyer directly.
6. Documentation and verification on shell/Lloyds by seller.
7. Buyer opens L/C in favour of seller and agents.
8. Seller? vessel sails to buyer? disport.
9. Q and Q after discharge.
10. Payment to seller and agents at once.
11. Product: BLCO.
12. Price:  $8 below brent (Gross).
$4 net to buyer & his agents,$2 to Joint Ventures (JV) operators,$1 to seller? agents,$1 to Business facilitators.
(B)  FOB  PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer and seller sign SPA with bank details.
2. Buyer and seller take signed SPA to their banks.
3. Seller places a $250,000.00 USD non-performance Bond to buyer? prime bank.
4. Buyers bank upon receipt of Pb issues a Bank Guarantee or L/C to cover the cost of  the cargo and Agents?commission in favour of seller and agents.
5. Buyer submits his vessel details to seller.
6. Seller submits his shuttle vessel details to buyer.
7. Seller sends NOR to buyer? captain.
8. Seller loads and conduct Q & Q test at his own expense and proceeds to discharge cargo into buyers vessel between 40/45 N/miles.
9. Documentation.
10. Payment is by swift transfer into sellers and agents?accounts.1. Product:  BLCO.
12. Shuttle Vessel Capacity:  30,000 mt (219,000 bbls).However,This can be improved upon.
Price: $6USD below brent (Gross).$4 To Buyers,$1 to buyers agents and $1 to sellers agents .
