Indian Acrylics Ltd. M/s Indian Acrylics Ltd,. Are India Largest acrylic Fibre producer and largest exporter from India , we have a annual capacity of 45000 MT production and this year we exported 19000 MT , As a forward integration we have installed a state of art worsted spinning Mills and are currently making 2/30 DMM Tow dyed yarn bulked on cones for our domestic and export markets, We have installed 6608 spindles in first phase in which we are doing Tow dyed yarns , bulked on cones, the yarn is spun on best machines with spliced , TFO doubled and Bulking done on Cone to cone bulking machines Espero Volufil machines, we use our 2.75 d tow , dye it in house and then by stretch breaking route we spin the yarn, ( All the machines details and the yarn counts we can do is mentioned in catalog as attached ). Now in second phase 6600 spindles are now currently under erection and will be commission by June , here we will produce Acrylic and blends and we will dye the yarn on Hanks in OBEM HANK DYEING MACHINES from Italy and coning will be done on FADIS MACHINES. We are also installing 15000 modified cotton spindles where we will run our own 2.0/3.0 d x 64 mm blend to make 100 % acrylic yarn and will be dyed as Hanks, coning on Fadis Hank to cone winding machines. The production will start in June/July 2016 , ( It&＃39;s a all new brand plant from LMW ). It means we will be spinning 12 mt PER DAY through WORSTED route , and 14 MT per Day by modified cotton route , Total yarn spinning 26 MT per day 100 % ACRYLIC.
