At the beginning of 1998, TEDA Special Pipe Co., Ltd started to provide Drill Pipe Tool Joints and Casing & Tubing couplings for Baosteel, which is the biggest steel plant in China. From then, it achieved quick development as the biggest supplier of Baosteel on products above. Even now Baosteel is still its important customer, Teda Special Pipe Co., Ltd has successfully transferred itself to be a professional and comprehensive manufacturer of Drill Tools, mainly including Drill Pipe, Drill Collar and HWDP. Besides Drill Pipe, Drill Collar and HWDP, its products also include Drill Pipe Tool Joints, Casing & Tubing Couplings, on which it has advantages over other domestic suppliers because of its better quality control and cost efficiency. It manufactures products under two brands of Teda and Hengsheng. With 300 staff members, and 50000-square-meter plants, Teda Special Pipe Co., Ltd has facilities including State-of-the-art forging equipments, heat treatment devices, CNC machines, advanced inspection equipments, ensuring stable and high quality on materials, dimensions, function and load test. TEDA Special Pipe Co., Ltd has API products certificates of API Spec 5DP, 7-1 and 5CT with right to use corresponding API Monograms on its products. Moreover, the company has high and strict quality administration system. In addition to ISO 9001-2008 quality certificates, it has been pursuing the sustainable development of quality, environment and health as per ISO14001 and ISO 18001. TEDA Drilling and Production Equipment Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of Hydraulic PoJiangsu Teda Energy Equipment (Group) Co Ltdr Tong. With history from 1957, it manufactured the first Hydraulic Power Tong in China in 1986. Now TEDA Drilling and Production Equipment Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of TEDA Energy Equipment (Group) Co., Ltd. TEDA Drilling and Production Equipment Co., Ltd�s main products are a big range of Hydraulic Power Tongs, Power Unit and relative accessories. With about 40 patents, it is the oldest manufacturer of Hydraulic Power Tong in China. And it is one of the leading units that edit Chinese Industry standards of Hydraulic Power Tong. Now it takes more than 70% market share of Hydraulic Power Tong in China and its high quality products have been being supplied to the Oil & Gas industry in the world. Its plant facilities includes State-of-the-art forging equipments, heat treatment devices, CNC machines, advanced inspection equipments, ensuring stable and high quality on materials, dimensions, function and load test.
