INDICATIONS: Prophylaxis and therapy of tetanus.

ADMINSTRATION AND DOSAGE
Prophylaxis: The subcutaneous or intramuscular injection of 1500 to 3000 I.U. confers a protection for 5 to 6 days. Double the dose for the heavily wounded. Re-administer if possibility of tetanus infection still exsists after 5 to 6 days..
Therapeutic
Administer as soon as possible in a dose of 50,000 to 20,000 I.U. preferably in hospital by infusion. For newborn tetanus, administer two doses of 20,000 to 100,000 I.U within 24 hours by intramuscular injection or infusion.
