Jian Foundry and Metalforming Machinery Research Institute was founded in 1956, as a primary science and technology center specializes in foundry, metalforming and hydraulic industry which belongs to the former Ministry Industry of China.
In the institute, there are more than 700 wokers and staff members, among them, technical personnel accounts for 70% and the senior engineer accounts for 20%. Some experts and academic leaders who enjoy special allowance from the State Council are also included.
