Company Description

Plant: "Fregat" located in Pervomaisk, Ukraine. The Plant takes leading position in manufacturing and supplying of steel constructions on the market of Ukraine. JSC "Fregat" also well known in Europe, supplying more than 10000 ton per year, 70 % of which are going to the countries of European Union.
Road safety barriers (beams, spacers, posts) is the main line of manufacture. We are certified with TUV Reinghland according to TL-SP 99(German standard), and GOST 26804-86 standards. "Fregat" also produces all kinds of steel constructions such as: scaffolding, construction iron of frame type (beams, beam seats, columns, bridging); high-rise and backup constructions (mobile communication towers, television masts, radio towers and electricity transmission line masts); service constructions (stairs, barriers, grounds). We also have bath of Hot-Dip-Galvanization.
The Plant also manufactures custom made constructions according to the individual projects and drawings of the client.
