The Ural Plant of Chemical Reagents - oldest first specialized company in Russia for the production of inorganic chemicals and chemical products technological purposes, as JSC"UPCR"ll as means of indication of toxic substances and chemical detection equipment.The factory was founded in 1930 in Sverdlovsk-based pilot plant in the Ural Institute of Chemical Technology, and was called Sverdlovsk jet mill. In 1958 it was annexed to the Sverdlovsk factory of chemical reagents and instrumentation, is engaged in providing services and chemical protection means Army chemical detection devices.The plant grew rapidly, increasing its production capacity and number of employees.
