Company Description

"KBTEM-SO" UE history starts with the foundation of KBTEM in November 1962, a design office for precision electronic engineering in Minsk. The main activity was design, development and organization of production of the equipment for photolithographic processes and assembly operations in IC and other microelectronic devices production.

In 1971 KBTEM was transformed into Planar Corp, and in 1991 "KBTEM-SO" UE appeared as the separate enterprise involved in semiconductor assembly equipment R&D and producer.

Nowadays KBTEM-SO UE leading in Eastern Europe R&D and producing enterprise in the sphere of assembly equipment for micro-, opto-, photo- electronics, semiconductor industries, automobile and power electronics, producing more then 100 equipment units a year and working with the whole world.
