All you get is the taste of fresh fruits. Fresh fruits are flash frozen and then placed in a vacuum chamber. About 98% of the fruit&＃39;s moisture is drawn off by evaporating the ice, at temperatures as low as -50f. The freeze-dried fruit is sealed in moisture-proof and oxygen-proof packaging to ensure freshness until opened. When water is replaced, the fruit regains its original fresh flavor, aroma, texture and appearance.
