Shipping policy
The cigarettes we offer are manufactured in Europe,USA,Germany,Spain,Switzerland,etc.
We offer 2 ways of shippment:
1) By Registered Letter which cost is 6 USD, within 1015 days;
2) By Express Shipping which cost is 10 USD, within 812 days.
For all types of shipment a tracking number will be provided.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
In all cases a delay of 13 days is possible.
In case of nondelivery after the deadline, please contact us as to be able to find a suitable solution for you.

Order cancellation policy
We accept order cancellations ONLY within 24 hours after order submitting. If you wish to cancel the order you have to contact our support team and inform them about your decision.
