Company Description

Kou Yi was established in 1959. In the company's early days, it manufactured hydraulic press machines. In particular, the company developed a manually operated vertical injection machine that provided professional production machines to early plastics product manufacturers. Due to a rise in demand from the shoe-manufacturing sector in 1962, the company began researching a tri-angular shoe machine for the manufacturing of delicate plastic shoes as Kou Yi Iron Works Co.,Ltd.ll as other stylish, reliable and water-proof footwear.

Following the completion of P.V.C. foaming material research in 1970, the company successfully introduced a spiral straight type injection machine. This machine was to be widely used throughout Taiwan by the shoe manufacturing industry.
