We are specialized in Stainless Steel Welded Tubes of Standard AST A-249 and ASTM A-269 in material TYPE 304, 304L, 316 & 316L, which are widely used in SUGAR MILLS and Food and Diary Industries world over. In Sugar industries our tubes are used in EVAPORATORS, JUICE HEATERS, HEAT EXCHANGERS AND VACUUM PANS. The Specification and Characteristics of these Tubes are follows:

&＃61660; The 18% min. chromium content in type 304 provides Resistance corrosion and oxidation.
&＃61660; The alloy?s metallurgical characteristics are established primarily by the nickel content (8% min), which also extends resistance to corrosion caused by reducing chemicals.
&＃61660; Inside bead and outside bead removed to improve quality and extend the range of use.
&＃61660; For a better surface looks, bright annealing can be used. This will have a better illuminated effect and improve surface quality.
&＃61660; Mechanical and physical Properties of the weld zone have been brought closely in line to the quality of stainless steel seamless pipes and tubes.

We supply Mill Test Certificate alongwith shipping documents, showing chemical composition, inspection and Test Results such as Eddy Current Test Dimension Test, Hydrostatic Test, Corrosion Test, Flattening Test, Draft Expanding and Hardness Test etc.
