Lim-Tec Company was established in January, 2005. The production base is located in Tongzhou District, Beijing. Lim-Tec (Beijing) Transmission Equipment. Ltd specialized in designing and manufacturing linear actuator and screw jack. Lim-Tec also has series of modularized combination which can provide the customers with an integrated design and a wide range of choice. We have 5 branch sales companies all over China. There are 100 employees altogether in our company, including 10 designing engineers. We also have some accuracy machining equipments in our factory, such as numerical control lathe, manufacture center, three dimensional measuring machine and numerical control worm shaft grinding machine, which can assure the good quality of our products. Our products have been applied in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Opening Ceremony successfully. Lim-Tec produces a series of actuators which can be driven by the AC/DC motors, step motor and servo motor, with the wide range of load capacity from 10kg to 50 ton, and the screws which can be matched with acme screw, ball screw, roller screws etc. A variety of protective accessories, over-load protection device, and mounting accessories enables our products to satisfy the wide applications of the customers. The patented external shape design-unique rectangle fluted housing of the screw jack increases the heat-dissipation ability of the housing and extend the lifetime of the lubricant etc. The material of spheroidal graphite iron castings strengthens the hardness and increases the efficiency and the wide application of the housing in low or high temperature environment. The design of the rectangle rear tube prevents the screw from self-rotating and the safety nut offers a guarantee to the security of the screw jack and monitors the wearing degree of the nut. Our advanced manufacturing equipments and assembling technique ensures the high quality of the products, the leading designing concept creates superior products featuring in the strong shock-load resistance, high duty cycle, low noise, long lifetime and small size.
